1	Request a quotation.
2		Sends you a quotation.
3	Submit the document.
4		Sends you a sample translation.	A part of the translation will be sent to you.
5	Confirm or cancel the order.		You can cancel the order any time up to this stage.
6		Translates the whole document.
7		Sends you an invoice.
8	Pay the fee.
9		Sends you the whole translation.	After confirming the receipt of payment.
