Translation Fee

See Quotation Request page or Inquiries/Enquiries page and ask for a quotation.

The standard rate is 20 JPY or 0.16 USD per English word or 8 JPY or 0.064 USD per Japanese character. The word/character count can be based on either the original document or the translated document, whichever your choice is.

Proofreading and Rewriting Fee

Ask for a quotation via Quotation Request page or Inquiries/Enquiries page.

The fee will depend on the actual amount of work involved. It can be as small as 10% of the translation fee, but it usually costs more and can be as high as the translation fee.

Please be sure to attach the whole or a part of the document when you ask for a quotation, for it is next to impossible to estimate the fee without looking at the actual document.

Payment Method

Payment can be made by wiring the fee to a Sigma Language bank account or by PayPal.
