Our chief translator has experience in software development in both low level and high level languages from the device driver level to SQL. He is also experienced in computer network management and knowledgeable in electronic devices with ability to design digital circuits involving micro computer chips. His knowledge also extends to electric facilities from the generating end to the receiving end.

We have translated, among others, mechanical parts catalogs/catalogues, descriptions of construction techniques, plant maintenance manuals, operation manuals for industrial machinery, and training materials for professional hair care techniques.

Although we always do adequate presurvey for any translation job, we are willing to do extra survey for any underexperienced areas so that we can ensure the quality of our job and prepare ourselves for future translation requests. The presurvey usually includes browsing of basic textbooks of the area, international standards such as JIS, recent industrial journal articles as well as relevant regulations and laws.

Unsupported Areas

Because of our lack of background and resource, we generally do not accept jobs that require extensive knowledge of medicine, pharmacy, chemistry and biology.
